I've ran away from a shiny Ferroseed while in that electric cave. I was getting annoyed with the random encounters and ran away from every Pokémon I saw. Later that day I played around with the pokédex update and saw that I had encountered a shiny Ferroseed. I was really mad, because it was my first random encounter shiny ever.
