NameError at the title screen

    I just installed RPG Maker XP and installed Pokemon Essentials V16 and as soon as I try to start the game (or the editor) I get a NameError. Specifically this one:
    [PokeCommunity.com] NameError at the title screen


    The above error occurs whenever I start the game and hit enter on the title screen. A similar error occurs simply by trying to start the editor. I have no idea what could be the issue here as I tried googling and I tried the FAQs.
