National Pokedex Error

Hello!
I have problem with National Pokédex when I want open it.
Region pokedex as Kanto Pokédex works.
Problem started after I had added Pokemons in the PBS. (Pokemon.txt)
Sprites, sounds, icons are in correct folders.
Pokemon's normally work... (Battle, Following,....)
What can I do for fix it?

Hello,
All pokemons have specific number. I tried to make only one pokemon with number 650 (after Genesect 649) and I have still same error.

Maybe I have something wrong somewhere else. Really don't know.

Replace:

with

if defined?($Trainer.formlastseen[nationalSpecies][1])
form = ($Trainer.formlastseen[nationalSpecies][1] || 0)
else
form = 0
end

Should be in PScreen_PokedexMain around line 328
