NDS Pokemon Diamond saving games question

Hi there, well I got my nds rom pokemon diamond game in spanish and no$gba emulator and also found how to save the game but my problem is that when I tried to save the game for a second time the rom tell me to do something like "press + then +select + start" or something like that in order to delete the game already saved! Can someone help me, I am completly newbie in this thing of emulating nintendo ds games but I am an expert on GBA and GBC game (also PSX and etc) but NDS is my fisrt time so I really need some help here.

Did you apply all the requirements to the rom..bios, encrypts and firmwire? Also you might need to check your settings and change you NDS backup to Flash512K. The latest iDeaS also appears to run the rom smoothly, that could be an alternative option.
