Personally, I don't think Necrozma has a hidden 3rd form. I think the quote is more addressing the fact that Necrozma is stronger than we originally knew, rather than hinting at something greater.

I could see it having a Mega forme, maybe even two Mega formes (Lunar and Solar)...

Or a forme that combines both Solgaleo and Lunala...

I suspect a third form too. I was wondering what that light thing with eyes is. I think that might be the third form but who knows.
