Bulbapedia is saying that there is an event in Japan for the first Generation IV movie on July 14.

"Players who pre-ordered tickets for the Japanese run will receive a Deoxys. At actual theaters, a Darkrai can be downloaded."

yeah im no where near japan though thats hy i neeed a memer card there was an evbent here bvut i missed it so i dont know if that was it or not
