does anyone have a modest,timid porygon if it has perfect/very good iv's in sp atk and spd ,ill give shinies

I have one, but it's not EV trained. It is, however, untouched, so you can train it yourself. Oh, it's Timid, too. Could I still get a shiny?

I not sure, but at lvl 1, all his stats are six, except Atk, that a 5.
