Okay so I have been Playing Emerald for a while now after completing Fire Red and Leaf Green. I moved on to Emerald Ruby and Saffire but need at little help finding a useful 6th Pokemon. My team is as listed

    Blaziken Lv.92 (Quick Claw)
    Blaze Kick
    Sky Uppercut
    Flamethrower
    Aerial Ace

    Raquayza Lv.87 (Leftovers)
    Fly
    Thunder
    Dragon Claw
    Overheat

    Kyogre Lv. 77 (Mystic Water)
    Surf
    Dive
    Ice beam
    Strength

    Groudon Lv.86 (No Hold Item)
    Fire Blast
    Earthquake
    Dragon Claw
    Ancient Power

    Metagross Lv.59 (Exp. Share)
    Psychic
    Confusion
    Iron Defense
    Hypnosis

    ANY AND ALL SUGGESTIONS WELCOMED

Why 3 legendarys? They aren't really necessary and whats your intent for the team? You battling someone, battle frontier?

My intent is to battle my friend. I kept the 3 legendaries because the 3rd Gen legendaries are my favorite of all time and I love using them. I also understand that using legends isn't as fun as using the Pokemon yo raised yourself so that's why I try to even it out by using another 3 of my own.

Did you EV train them? Also you made quite poor decision making on moves, but they can be fixed with a Heart Scale.

Metagross is Psychic and Steel, so why no Steel type moves when Steel is physical and he has a base physical of 135 to a 95 special? Since this is gen 3 you can't really use him to his full potential but these moves can be very useful.. Meteor Mash (STAB), Psychic (STAB), Agility, Earthquake. Metagross isn't "extremely" slow so using Agility once should allow you to go first against relatively fast Pokemon which could turn him into a possible physical sweeper (especially if Meteor Mash happened to boost your attack).

Again with Groudon.. His main weaknesses (water & ground) can be countered with Solarbeam. What was your purpose of using Dragon Claw on Groudon when Solarbeam would benefit a lot more? Plus when Groudon is in play it becomes sunny meaning you don't need to charge up before using it so in essence it's a 1 instead of a 2 turn move. Also for a fire move. Put into consideration that Fire Blast has a 85% accuracy with 120 power while Flamethrower has 100% with 95 power but with it being sunny Fire moves become more powerful. Whichever you feel is more reliable go with it.

The rest will do I guess. Except Rayquaza having Overheat since it lowers Sp. Atk

As for a last.. Maybe add a defensive wall/stall/annoyer onto your team.. Umbreon would work well.. Wish/Moonlight, Toxic, Protect, Mean Look
That would most likely catch him off guard and really piss him off. Mean Look, can't escape. Then use Toxic, now it inflicts more damage each turn. If you've taken half damage use Moonlight then use Protect. Shouldn't take long to wipe his whole team out. If you ask me Umbreon is OP
