Need help finding a Pokemon Emerald Rom download

Unfortunately, we cannot give you links, or ROMs themselves as that's considered (or probably is) illegal.

All we can really say is Google is your Friend.

Well, linking to the rom or simply uploading one here, unless it's a hack, IS illegal, because you're not paying for it, but I do think you're allowed to name-drop sites where you can get them, but don't quote me on that.
