3rd Gen Need Help Getting The Other Islands On Pokemon Fire Red

    After I beat the Elite Four I went to 1 Isand and went to Mt. Ember the two team rocket guys are still there and I can not battle them. How do I make it so that I can get into Mt. Ember? I already beat the Blaine Bill guy and know I just don't know what to do. I'm clueless. Please help me.
     
    I'm pretty sure you need the National Dex to proceed. Do you have that yet? If you don't have it, you should visit Professor Oak. He will give you the National Dex if you have caught 60 Pokemon.
     
    Thanks I haven't gotten up to 60 Pokemon yet, I have like 42.
