if i copy pokemon over (just say 6)
then if copy over more the next day will the 6 i copyed yesterday dissapear?
and also some of my pokemon copyed as bad eggs
why is this

Yes, you need to copy everything at once, because the last information of all your boxes and stuff gets erased. Also, bad eggs means the Pokémon are hacked (they have illegal stats).
