Need help opening extractor for sun moon

    Im not sure if this is the right place to put this, please tell me if its not and i can repost it in the right place. Anyway, i want to randomize pokemon sun, but whenever i try to open the extractor (i think its called hackingtool9ds), it wont load (im on mac).
