Yep, as blueberry said nature breeding is very important, as are EVs. Im afraid to tell you you're going to have to start again if you plan on succeding.
Your team also lacks composition. Wobuffet is considered uber by most people and is therefore banned. You also lack walls, and any kind of physical sweeper. Worse still, you have a physical sweeper with special attacks (Dragonite). Blissey will give you enormous trouble.
Since there is very little chance of this team succeeding at this point, I dont think a full rate ins necersarry. I recommend reading through the compiled 4th gen guides, it contains helpful information on learning how to train a wifi team. Also, head to serebii.net and click on DP pokedex to learn which pokes should be physical attackers and which should be special.
