need help with 6th spot

what should be my last 6th pokemon. i was thinking kingdra but i dont like his stats too much. what about togekiss or gliscor? maybe a sweeper... any suggestions?

right now i have raichu, lickilicky, porygon-z, dragonite and between kingdra or milotic...

hoho.. no raichu for a start. prehaps jolteon? oh and choose milotic.

maybe some spd on milotic.

thanks. i was comparing jolteon to raichu and jolteon had better stats but i was obsessed with volt tackle.

i was thinking of adding glicor because i think hes the tops (i like him). any suggested move sets?
