Need Help With A Deck List Please!

Hey Folks!

I started playing Pokemon last week. It was something to do in the time I had extra when I wasn't being a full-time student in college. My buddies helped me out after I bought a Lucario Theme deck and then we just sort of started a whole new deck altogether. If you don't mind, I'd like you to look at this deck list and tell me what could be better or worse and just offer me what you can!

Well, that is my deck... It is probably pretty rough. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I would love any advice, suggestions, etc. Thanks a bunch folks!
