need help with animating my sprites

    when I insert the character set into rpg maker xp as the characters graphic all of the sprites on the sheet come up insted of one animated sprite.

    You're using RM2K3 chipsets, not RMXP. Either use the RM2K3 to RMXP reource converter in the resource thread or get RMXP chipsets from the resource thread.
