    Congratulations 4 Blissey's moves!
I think Psychic in this case is a very useful move!

Keep trainin' Blissey! It will be (like Italians like me say) a "bomb"!

    Bye!

Sigh* Blissey has terrible Atk and Spec atk. All she should know is

    softboiled
    seismic toss
    toxic
the you can put in psycic, tbolt etc

Blissey, in your case, should not be used for spec. atk

    This should be in the Strategies and Movesets thread. o-o;

Yes, it should... but onto the topic at hand!

First order of business: breed for a Bold nature.

Second order of business: moveset... Psychic could work to take down Gengar, who is Blissey's arch nemesis. But it could be better served with a different move.

    - Seismic Toss/Counter
    - Softboiled
    - Aromatherapy/Heal Bell
    - Ice Beam/Thunder Wave

Ice Beam is preferred, and could do decent damage to a Gengar. Thunder Wave could leave Gengar (and plenty of other sweepers) useless, so it's up to personal preference. However, be warned that without Ice Beam, any Ghost Pokemon will get a free switch in, especially Dusknoir, who laughs at a Thunder Wave, because it's friggen slow as is.

PS: If you don't feel like breeding, Impish could work on Blissey, just don't give it Ice Beam, or any other Special attack.

Choose Ice Beam, it's More Standard on Blissey. Counter Could be Used on Blissey, but Seismic Toss is More Standard Also. Aromatherapy or Heal Bell is Really what's up to Personal Preference

Counter is used when you can't get Seismic Toss, since it's only obtainable through a transfer. Double-Edge could be used also, but not recommended. Counter only works when you're actually attacked; hey, at least Double-Edge gets a STAB!

Aromatherapy is actually the standard (since Heal Bell doesn't work on Soundproof Pokes), but in some cases you can't get Aromatherapy (like me, since I don't have Ruby and prefer Seismic Toss). But in D/P, Roselia is everywhere, so if you're breeding in the new versions, there's no reason not to go with Aromatherapy.

Yeah i agree with you On That, Aromatherapy is Way more Standard in Dp Because you Get Access to Roseila, or at least in Diamond i don't know About Pearl Because i I Don't have the Game.
