[Scripting Question] Need Help with Coding an Ability. Using Pokemon Essentials V20.

    I tried looking at coding from other places, but the other are from older versions and the script editor is different compared to v20. I just want an ability that allows that specific pokemon to have a chance to burn the target when using ice moves, instead of freezing it. It is basically Ice Burn move turned into an ability. I have no idea where to start.
