Need help with Espeon

    Ok so I'm deciding that Espeon will be my special sweeper so like always I'm wondering what a good moveset would be. EV Spread is 252 spatk/ 252 speed/ 4 hp with modest or timid nature... Which of the 2 natures would be best? Oh and of course I need to know what item it should hold. But from things I've read Gengar might be a better choice so who should I go with?

    Espeon @ Leftovers
    Timid Nature
    EVs: 252 Sp.Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
    - Psychic
    - Calm Mind
    - Substitute / Reflect
    - Hidden Power Fighting / Grass Knot

    Espeon requires the extra speed, so Timid nature is best. Hidden Power would be helpful in this set, but in case you don't want to bother breeding Espeons with this HP, Grass Knot can be used instead.
