4th Gen NEED HELP WITH MANAPHY

Hey i basically just beat platinum but can't do anything because i dont know how to get manaphy and i dont have the pokemon ranger game. can anyone help me out?

you should go ask for one in the Trade section. ...... also you don't need Manaphy. nope, not even to get the thingy for dex xompletion!
