Need Help with Sandstorm team

I need help making a sandstorm team. Though I don't which pokemon I should use with Sandstream on it, but I do have 1 Pokemon figured out:

Rampardos Lv.60
Nature: Jolly
Item Held: None at the moment
Ability: Mold Breaker
Moves:
Substitution
Head Smash
Rock Polish
Zen Headbutt

Rock Polish Rampardos NEEDS Focus Sash. And because it NEEDS Focus Sash, you can't have Subsitute. I'd run EQ in the empty slot.
