3rd Gen Need help with team

Here is my tentative final team for leafgreen. What should i do for moves, and the last pokemon.

Groudon 60
-Solarbeam
-Earthquake
-Rest
-Bulk up

Kingdra 43 (I have a squirtle if he would be better)
-Surf
-Double Team

Zapdos 56
-Thunderbolt
-Thunderwave
-Fly *
-Drillpeck *

Mewtwo 79
-Brick Break (SOon to be recover)
-Shadow Ball
-Psychic
-Ice Beam

Blissey 51
-SoftBoiled
-Seismic Toss
-Minimize
-(The move that heals status problems, i forget the name)

*'s indicate moves I know are bad, and are going to change.

Now i dont know if I hsould use a gengar, venusaur, sceptile, or blaziken for the last pokemon. Any other suggestions would be good too. (I can aslo get any of the Eevee evolutions, and the other two legendary birds)

Groudon looks good, and its moves would fit well with it having such high stats.
Kingdra I'd teach water pulse, and ice beam if you feel the need.
For zapdos, I'd ditch thunder wave for thunder.
Mewtwo with recover sounds good as is.
And in blissey's case, I would replace seismic toss with something else, after all it only does damage matching your opponent's level.
As for a 6th pokemon I'd say perhaps a tyranitar or a gengar.

Thunder Wave is fine. With Groudon, if you use Thunder, the Accuracy will go down to 30% IIRC due to Drought.

Seismic Toss does damage equal to the USER's level, not the opponents. Anyway, if you don't want ST, then pick up something special like Ice Beam.

Whatever you do, never use Groudon as your header. It'll reduce Kingdra's Surf's power.

The missing move might also be Heall Bell/Aromatheraphy
