I posted one earlier but wondered why it wasn't ever put up. I was using Garchomp and didn't know ANYTHING about EVs...Anyways, here it is.

    Uxie @ Leftovers
    Levitate
    Any neutral nature
    EVs-252 HP/156 DEF/100 SPDEF
    - Stealth Rock
    - Toxic
    - Psychic
    - U-Turn
Good leader for a sweeping offense team. Use Stealth Rock first, then Toxic. Until opponent switches use Psychic to speed up damage. If he switches to a dark types, use U-Turn and go to Lucario. If he goes to any other type, use Toxic and SR if necessary, and then use U-Turn if it's another Psychic type (not likely). Good setup, Psychic for STAB, U-Turn for Dark/Psychic enemies and switch out. Neutral nature since I don't want to hurt its speed or offense to improve defence, and don't want to improve offense/speed in exchange for defense =/.

    Empoleon @ Expert Belt
    Torrent
    Naive
    EVs-252 SPEED/128 SPATK/128 ATK
    - Surf
    - Earthquake
    - Flash Cannon
    - Drill Peck
Mix of wide array of moves and OK sweeper potential. EQ for at least one ground move. Dpeck for fighting types. Fcannon and Surf for STAB. Expert Belt goes well with the variety of moves to increase chance of SE.

    Luxray @ Magnet
    Intimidate
    Jolly
    EVs-252 ATK/252 SPEED/4 HP
    - Ice Fang

    - Thunder Fang
    - Thunder Wave
    - Crunch

Well rounded physical sweeper. Ice Fang gets rid of ground types, Crunch when it becomes type useful. Twave for status conditon. Tfang for STAB.

    Lucario @ Black Belt
    Inner Focus

    Mild/Rash
    EVs-252 SPEED/156 SPATK/100 ATK
    - Water Pulse

    - Psychic
    - Aura Sphere
    - Close Combat

Used mostly as special sweeper, but has physical Ccombat. Water Pulse for Fire types, Psychic for Fighting types. Asphere/Ccombat for STAB.

    Weavile @ Life Orb
    Pressure

    Jolly
    EVs-252 ATK/252 SPEED/4 HP
    - Aerial Ace

    - Ice Punch
    - Night Slash
    - Brick Break

Mostly a revenge pokemon, don't expect it to last long afterwards. Brick Break when type useful, pretty much a filler since it won't learn a physical water move. Aerial Ace for Fighting types. Ipunch/Nslash for STAB.

    Roserade @ Wise Glasses
    Natural Cure
    Timid
    EVs-252 HP/100 SPATK/156 SPEED
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Synthesis
    - Leaf Storm
    - Toxic

Tries to outlast opponent with poison/healing and deals damage when it can. Toxic first and repeat when he possibly switches. Lstorm/Sbomb for STAB. Don't know whether it should be a tank or a sweeper..seems to be good for a hybrid-decent spatk/spdef/speed.

Some of my hold items (Magnet/Black Belt) aren't great-could use some suggestions there. I think the EVs are balanced the way I want for a mostly offense/good speed hybrid team (excluding Uxie/Roserade). I heard that it's ok to have Leftovers as long as there is only one. I am unsure of Expert Belt, but I think it's ok.

On your Weaville, you might consider this set:

    Weaville-Jolly(choice band/life orb)

    Ice Shard
    Ice Punch
    Brick Break
    Night Slash/Pursuit

Jolly nature gives it the needed speed to out run some things. Ice shard is a nice stab priority move for those pesky dragon types. Ice punch for ground/rock/dragon types. Brick break is there for T-tar mostly. Night slash is a decent stab move, but pursuit allows you to hit on those switching out.

I don't understand because you use Luxray as lead, replace it with this:

    Azelf @ Light Clay
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Explosion
    - Light Screen
    - Reflect
    - Stealth Rock

it is perfect for the characteristics of your team.

I might put an Uxie in replace of Magmortar or Luxray for a good defense pokemon. I don't want to use Azelf or Mespirit since they sacrifice defense for offense. So wouldn't it be better to use an Uxie with your description instead of an Azelf?

Also just made this a poll.
