Need some good card suggestions, looking for cards that work with unevolved Pokemon

So I'm trying to build my deck based on Pokemon that are not evolved. I need some suggestions on good Pokemon and trainer/supporter cards that will work with this too.

For a Stadium I have Snowpoint Temple which gives all unevolved Pokemon 20+ HP. And I have a few Pokemon to go with it but I need suggestions for more.

Pokemon collector, lets you grab 3 basic pokemon from the deck. Expert belt might help you squeeze out the extra damage and save you from knock out, seeing as a lot of basic pokemon have low HP and damage. I'll try to think of a few more.
