Need some help on EV training for Zubat, Gastly, and Treecko

    I am a noob at EV training, but i have pokerus and i want to train these guys up to be beast.

    How should i go about doing EV training and what should i do for Zubat Gastly and treecko.

    i know speed EV should be 1 of the EV's i train for all 3 seeing as they are all fast pokemon in the last form. but what else? any ideas? they are under lvl 12 so any ideas, movesets, and a basic breakdown of EV training would be greatly appreciated

    (if this is in the wrong section, sorry i have no idea where to post this)
     
    for zubat you'd want more attack ev's and special attack for sceptile and gastly, i think for simple and obtainable ev's fight these pokemon
    HP-bidoof, chansey, wobbuffet
    attack- the machop family
    defense- caterpie, metapod, the geodude family
    sp.atk-the abra family, the gastly family
    sp.def-mantine, i don't know many on this one....
    speed-meditite, medicham
