Need some help!

Ok, I need a Sega Genesis sprite editing program. Me and some friends are trying to edit Sonic in Sonic 2 for teh Genesis to become Shadow, help would be appreciated. Sorry if this is the wrong section, its just this is teh only section I could think of after the Pok?mon hacking section, and this iusn't Pok?mon
