Need some movesets and EVs pls :P

    I need some move sets and EVs for these guys:
    1. Tentacruel (phazer and sum P atcks. I currently use sword dance)
    2. Blastoise (phazer and somewhat utility)
    3. Anyother good support/phazer/utlity/cleric water types

    Tentacruel (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Clear Body
    EVs: 184 Atk / 148 Spd / 176 SAtk
    Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Swords Dance
    - Surf/Hydro Pump
    - Ice Beam

    Cruel isn't a good phazer, it doesn't have the Defense for it. It's best as a mixed sweeper.

    Blastoise (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Torrent
    EVs: 204 HP / 148 Def / 56 SAtk / 100 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Ice Beam/Rest/Counter/Mirror Coat
    - Roar/Haze
    - Rapid Spin
    - Surf


    Vaporeon (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Water Absorb
    EVs: 188 HP / 252 Def / 68 SAtk
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Surf
    - Wish
    - Roar/Haze
    - Ice Beam

    Pretty standard Vaporeon. I prefer the Baton passing version, but it makes a nice phazer.

    Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Torrent
    EVs: 200 HP / 96 Atk / 156 Def / 56 SAtk
    Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
    - Earthquake
    - Roar
    - Protect/Rest
    - Ice Beam

    Not so standard Swampert. It's not that it's a bad phazer, but it's better off with the more standard movesets.

    Suicune @ Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 168 HP / 212 Def / 16 Spd / 56 SAtk / 56 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Rest
    - Roar
    - Surf

    Makes a great phazer.
