Need some quick help with my Infernape

I just did a quick lvl100 battle with a bunch of Chimchars. I've narrowed down the best IVs to two of them, but am not sure which one to go with.

He's mainly going to be used as a skarmbliss counter, and to scout the other team.

Here's my plan...
Infernape (Jolly)
Roar
Close Combat
Thunder Punch
Flare Blitz

Here's the IVs of the two pokes I can't decide between:

Att 148
Def 112
SpAtt 131

Those aren't the IVs. IVs range from 0-31, 31 being the best. You use a IV calculator and put in the stats your Pokemon has at level 100.
