will someone give me a good moveset for bastiodon? i would appreciate anyu kind of help.

Bastiodon is something like this;

Bastiodon @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
Toxic/Roar
Stealth Rock
Iron Defense
Rest

Buff up with Iron Defense, lay down Stealth Rock and force switches with Roar or Toxic to wear down your opponent's team, healing away damage with Rest. This thing couldn't attack to save its life, unfortunately, and the typing just seriously screws it over. :\
