[Graphics] Need to disable Dizzy's DNS

    Hi, I have been building my hack using Li Yun's Emerald ROM base, and it takes from Dizzy's Hacked Engine. However, I find the day-night cycle to be extremally distracting and have tried to turn it off. The only problem is that I have no idea how to do that. I do not know where in the code the cycle is, and have no idea how to disable it. I was wondering if anyone in here could help? The github link has a py file where it seems like there are offsets that have the data in them but when I check with HexManiacAdvance it doesn't come up with anything.
