Ok, i have looked around on the interet and places havn't really been updated yet. Serebii has some but i dunno.
Erm.. i would like to know a few things, if you could answer that owuld be great:

    - Do pokemon still get the ev boost if it has an Exp. Share on it? (as in not involved in the battle)
    - If you put the pokemon first that you are EV' training and the switch it out to use another pokemon to win. Does the first get the EV boost?
    - Which are the best pokemon to train up on for each stat, the most common. HP, Attack, Defense, St Atk, Sp Def, Speed.
    - How do the bands work exactly? The new ones, does it just max out the EV's quicker? for example, 1 gastly = 1 special attack, with sp atk band = 5 evs for sp atk?

    Thanks! :D

Well, I can answer a few questions:

-Do pokemon still get the ev boost if it has an Exp. Share on it?
No, everyone gets the exact same amount of EVs when involved in a battle, unless your wearing Macho Brace or any other EV training Item.

    - If you put the pokemon first that you are EV' training and the switch it out to use another pokemon to win. Does the first get the EV boost?
Not that I know of, no. Read the first response.

    - How do the bands work exactly? The new ones, does it just max out the EV's quicker?
Well, sicne I won't have Diamond for a few more weeks, I can only tell you about the Macho Brace. The Macho Brace doubles Effort Point you gain, but it cuts your Speed temporarily until your remove it. For example, you beat up one Zubat, you get 2 speed EV points instead of 1, which are what Zubat usually give off.

    Did this help?

Alright, for certain pokemon to train on, I can help you there. If you're working with lower level pokemon try training on pokemon such as Bidoof for HP EVs, or Starly for Speed EVs, but for the best EV training go to these areas.

    Hitpoints
Route 212 East (Surf) - Wooper 90% chance of finding 1 EV
Route 212 Eest (Surf) - Quagsire 10% chance of finding 2 EVs

    Attack
Route 229 (Super Rod) - Gyarados 100% chance of finding 2 EVs
Route 212 North - Kricketune 60% chance of finding 2 EVs

    Defense
Ruin Maniac Cave - Geodude 80-90% chance of finding depending on the area in the cave 1 EV
Pokemon League and Route 224 (Surf) - Pelipper 65% chance of finding 2 EVs

    Speed
Route 225 and 226 (Morning) - Fearow 60% chance of finding 2 EVs
Route 227 and 228 (Surf) - Poliwhirl 70% chance of finding 2 EVs
Any Water (Old Rod) - Magikarp 100% chance of finding 1 EV

    Special Attack
Old Chateau - Ghastly 100% chance of finding (unless GBA game is in cartridge) 1 EV
Resort Area (Surf) - Golduck 100% chance of finding 2 EVs

    Special Defense
Route 223 and Sunnyshore City (Surf) - Tentacruel 60% chance of finding 2 EVs

I hope this helps! :D (Information was taken from psypokes.com)

The maximum EV a pokemon can reach is 510. Max. 255 in one stat.

It is waste to give a Pokemon 255 attack/defence etc. because with 252 the Pokemon Reaches the maximum stat it can have, if it has also max IV(31). (And correct nature)

Every 4 EV makes 1 stat point.
    Example: 252/4 = 63 stat points

    Which is a lot.

If you train a Pokemon with 252 EV attack. It gets 63 extra attack values, which is a big amount ;).

Q: How can I finish quick EV training?

A: First of all use the vitamins, if you can buy them, then infect your Pokemon with Pokérus, that way it gets double EV, and If you use an EV band than it gets 4 more EVs.

Example: If you beat Starly and your pokemon has Pokerus and it wears speed ev band: (1+4)x2 makes 10 EV.

Make your life easier that way ;).

Dont forget to use brackets: 1 is the actual EV you can get from Starly, plus 4 comes from the EV band and times 2 from Pokerus makes it 10.

    I hope I could help you :)

They still get the EVs from the battle, yes. However, if the Pokemon you battle with has a Macho Brace or something that affects EVs attached, that boost does NOT carry over to the Pokemon holding the EXP Share.

    - If you put the pokemon first that you are EV' training and the switch it out to use another pokemon to win. Does the first get the EV boost?

    Yes.

    - Which are the best pokemon to train up on for each stat, the most common. HP, Attack, Defense, St Atk, Sp Def, Speed.

Serebii DOES have a section for that, if you look for it. However, it somewhat comes down to preference.

    Yeah, that's pretty much it.

    Thanks! :D

No problem. Glad I could help.
