Here's what I'd do with the Pokemon you've chosen.

Machoke
Leave him as is. Evolve him if you are able to. Light Screen is a good move to have to protect from Psychic-type moves.

- Rock Smash, then replace with Focus Blast upon evolving.

Garchomp
- Dig

Giratina replacing Garchomp
- Aerial Ace

- Dragon Pulse

Since you're replacing Garchomp with Giratina, you will need a Pokemon that can learn Fire-type moves. Maybe teach Machoke Flamethrower or replace Buneary or Machoke with a Fire-type. A good idea would be to choose Chimchar as your starter, since he is a good Fire-type. This could replace Machoke since it is also Fighting-type when evolved.
