3rd Gen New Deoxys Form

As if Deoxys FR or Deoxys RS isn't fast enough... base 150 is 2nd fastest in the entire game. We really don't need an identical copy of Deoxys... if it's new, it better has some new ways of stat distribution.
 
All Speed and no power or defense? Or just Magikarp like I said before...
 
err... and the point of nothing but speed is? O.o;;

Plus you know how they won't make a rare Pokemon become Magikarp... or it must evolve into something good, like Feebas and Milotic.
