2nd Gen New Game?

    I'm over 75% done with my Pokedex on Yellow. I want to complete the whole thing, but I need a few Pokemon, including Mew. I decided to start a new game for Mew. I haven't saved yet, so my other save is still intact. Should I overwrite my save?
     
    Well, it depends. You wanna lose all the hard work? Go ahead. Got a dead R/B/Y? run through, get Mew, and trade it over.
     
    Are you running on a cartridge game? if not just start a new game on the emulator, then trade over... that is if you have the right emulator that can run trades from one savegame to another savegame file. i recently started my yellow version over again, and i had 150 hours into the game with 70 ish percent of the pokedex caught and 100% seen. it just lost its flair being able to fly everywhere... so i started over :p
