Sweet, Lapras is such an underrated Pokemon. I've been testing this out since you posted it and from my experience, Snorlax is becoming more popular than Blissey, so decreasing Defense may not be such a good idea. And I'd just add those 20 SDef into Attack so it can hit a bit harder.
