This is my first fanfic that I will be posting. I didn't really write anything yet I just figured I'll improvise my way through and just write it as I go. I hope it will be good.
It is narrated form the main characters point of view in his head. A style I've never done beforeQuotations are dialogue out load.
I'm gonna say pg-13 just to leave some opportunity or open doors for the future. Enjoy
Chapter 1: ?
I've woken up in what looks like a boat. Not a small one, but a big cruise ship. There are wave designs on the walls and portraits of different sailors. It's boiling in here. Is the boat going to blow up? Better question. Where am I? Even better question. Who am I?
It's really messy in here, there are tables turned over and papers spread all over the ocean blue carpets. I assume this boat crashed. Was I on it when it crashed?
"Owwww", My head feels like it just crashed. I've never had a headache this bad. I should try not to think so hard anymore, my brain hurts. I'd better look around a bit.
There's a nearby staircase, and how convenient, there is sun shining from the top.
"OWwww" It's bright out here. I cover my eyes with my arm to shield my eyes and wait for them to adjust to the blaring sun. I look to the left; the boat is cut in half. I look to my right; that must be the front of the boat. I look forward…….wow, Didn't see that one coming. The boat is in middle of the desert. "Awesome" I say to myself.
Who puts a boat in the desert? How does that person put a boat in the desert? Maybe it was me.
I place my left hand inside the pocket of my dusty black sport coat. At least I assume it's mine. "Whats this?" An ultra ball inside the pocket. Ha! I know what this is. My brain is not completely gone. But wait, is there a Pokemon inside? is it my Pokemon?
The ball doesn't seem to work. It's all crusty with sand. "Sorry" I say just in case there is something inside. I need some water to wash this with. Oh wait, I'm in the desert on a broken boat. Good luck finding water.
I hear voices………I run to the edge of the boat and look down at the ground. There are two men.
"Is that the last case Phin?" "Yeah, the entire shipment is accounted for. It looks like Rocket didn't screw us on this one." "Alright, You get back to base, I have to go see how things are going in town."
The two men were dressed in red vests with black cargo pants. I look at my clothes to see if I am dressed like them. Nope, my black coat and blue jeans are much more stylish. Not that I would remember what is stylish. One got into a truck loaded with black boxes and one hopped on a small hover bike.
"Heyy, Up here" I yelled. The engine from the truck is too load for them to hear me. The truck is driving northeast and the guy on the scooter is driving south……..How did I know that?
I'd better find a way off of this boat.
Hey, there's a rope attached to one of those life preserver things. I'll just belay myself down. uhhnn ahhh, whew….damn, the rope isn't long enough. This last step is a lulu. i've jumped down into the sand and by instinct i've done a graceful looking roll. I'm surprised I jump from that high without hesitation.
I look out to the desert in front of me. A Skarmory flies across the land several feet in the air. The environment is harsh. Not that I would remember if traveling through a desert is hard, I have no choice but to find a town or something. I look back at the boat. "S.S. Libra" . Never heard of it.
I guess I will follow the slight trail left by that guy's scooter. through the dry, scorching desert, with no idea of where it will take me……….."Ugh".
