New mobile idea?

I have always wanted to take on the roll of a pokemon breeder and thought it would be cool to instead of battling pokemon just raise them from an egg like a household pet and compete against other people in pokemon contests to see who was better raised based on the contest at hand. Sure this is all I have to say about it now but with more questions and a little support im certain a game like this could take off rather well! I mean i dont thinkbim the only person to have that this... i have checked around and it seems im the first to voice it. (If there is another thread about this please correct me and maybe even link me to it)

This idea gets me a bit of Nintendogs feels and I actually have exact such idea in my mind for a Pokémon game. I'd love to have such a game!

Unforunately it seems they have made such a game name (Pokémon Playhouse) as the concept is not that far off. And it's targeted to toddlers...
And I actually tried to install it, but I already got too cringy from the childish way of speaking of the women's voice to even continue.

But yeah, such a Pokémon Breeder game would be great to have, but a little closer to my demographic, please.

I've thought about trying to make something like that before haha, though never for mobile, which upon further thought, does seem like the platform to which it would be best suited. Online competitions about how, er, "well-bred?" your Pokémon are would be fun, and I wouldn't be surprised if we see something like this in the future as it's a fairly natural game idea that shouldn't be too hard to design in terms of its mechanics. Hope to see a game like this!

Would definitely play a game like that, especially if it could be any Pokémon (i.e. not bound to a set list).
