Actually, Aruseus can't learn every move, if you check Serebii. And there is really no such thing as a Pogey that can learn every move anyway.

it should learn all of the dark type TM moves. Some of these TM it should learn

By saying basically, was what it meant practically all of them except for a few crap moves that wouldn't be used on an Uber, pfft who would use dig on an uber anyway.
