Hmm very smooth cropping. Stock suits backing well... but usage of font... either use Mysterious Trainer or Biohazard... looks a *bit* too cramped now, like you had an original image and just wanted to fill the remaining space with as much text as possible.

The font doesn't go well with the rest of the banner. Looks wayyy to plain for a RE signature. Also it's hard to make out. Other than that this is a sweet looking signature.
