    This is my new sapphire team -

    Starmie[modest]
    EVs - SpAtt 256, Sp 256
    thunderbolt, psychic, thunderwave, recover
    I love this guy he destroys alot of baton passers.I could also put rapid spin in somewhere here to help with spikers.

    Skarmory[jolly]
    EVs - SpDef 256, Att 128, Def 128
    spikes, roar, drill peak, toxic
    He withstands alot

    Metagross[adament]
    EVs - Sp 256, Att 256
    meteor mash, agility, earthquake, rest@ chesto berry
    After he uses aglility nothing can touch him

    Dusclops[Calm]
    EVs - Hp 256, Def 128, SpDef 128
    will-o-wisp, rest, calm mind, night shade@ chesto berry
    Someone told me to use this with ice beam over night shade with appropriate EVs - please give me ur advice.

    Walrin[quiet]
    EVs - Def 128, SpAtt 256, Hp 128
    ice beam, surf, rest, yawn@ chesto berry
    He works

    Skeptile[Timid]
    EVs - SpAtt 256, Sp 256
    leaf blade, dragon claw, crunch, rest@ chesto berry
    He rules except i need something more useful than rest here.

    Starmie- I don't know... thunderwaving Starmie that sweeps is kinda weird... but I guess that it'll work too. Give it a try. Use leftovers (natural cure will act as lum berry for you)

    Metal Ugly Chicken- without rest, it's hardly fearful... toxic -> rest

    Metagross- nothing except a Skarmory and Weezing, that is ;p Change chesto rest to psychic to get Weezing. Even without any sp.att, a STAB psychic will 2HKO Weezing (and works not too bad against Brelooms too). Change item to either leftovers or lum berry

    Dusclops- I agree... if you calm mind, might as well use an offensive sp.attack move too. Blah I tried using Dusclops before and... didn't work too well due to the very low hp. But yours moveset may work a lot better than mine.

    Walrein- change rest to rock slide, and chesto to leftovers so you aren't blissey helpless. If you can mix sweep a little, go mix sweep

    Sceptile- change rest to substitute to block thunderwaves and toxics. it won't last long enough to even have a chance to cehsto rest without any defensive EVs.


    Note: this whole team can easily be defeated by a combo of constant blissey/skarmory or Weezing switching... watch out as it'll hurt you a lot
     
    So what should i get rid of to withstand blissey etc. or did u cover that?

    Also i am going up against my friend who always uses spiking Skarmory as her lead poke. i thought the starmie could deal with it - u think it will work?

    I thought mixed sweepers didn't work well or did i miss something

    My friends pokemon are -
    Skarmory - same as mine
    Rayquaza - flamethrower, dragon claw, ice beam, rest
    Flygon- earthquake, dragon claw, rest, HP fighting
    Milotic- surf, calm mind, recover, mirror coat
    Cradliy- recover, amnesia, ancient power, mega drain

    I don't know what the last one is.

    Can someone give me a Weezing moveset i would like to raise one
     
    Magneton of course!

    Magneton- [sp.att + / atk -] @ quick claw
    EV: SP.att, def
    -Thunderbolt
    -Metal Sound
    -HP Ice
    -Thunderwave

    if you are for SURE that Skarmory leads off... and is a standard Skarm, lead off with magneton, and let her cry in pain

    Weezing... Up to you to control the EV/personaltiy bonus, but the moveset is...

    Weezing (usually with leftovers)- Haze, Will o Wisp, 2 of the following: thunderbolt, fire blast/flamethrower, sludge bomb, explosion, rest
     
    I guess so with the metal pull thing I think i will switch to magnaton though starmie was so cool.

    I wish we could get amphoros in R/S he used to kill skarmorys + most hazers back in GSC for me.

    Is mana still around i would like to hear his comment on the Dusclops since he always finds something wrong with all the other sets i put out.

    U think my team stands a chance to my friend's?
     
    You may want another ice beamer just for Rayquaza... though Rayqy is quite useless (in terms of the legendaries), you should still beware of it.

    It also depends on what's the last Pokemon on your opponent's team too... can't decide yet really
     
    Your clops set was the one I've always used, except I had Leftovers. Sometimes I had the urge to use Confuse ray or attract somewhere, but just an urge.

    Regardless, I'm not big on Ice beam because for one, it's lower on PP, and secondly, you wouldn't be using it at all if you can't calm mind up, since your special attack would be so amusingly bad. And considering the calm mind's effect in this set is just to jack up special defense, I dont think Ice beam's really needed.

    But that set was made and used when it was just RS, not sure how it'd work in the FR/LG environment
