By Baton Passing a Substitute, Rampy can last a lot longer with the sub and the speed boost. Rampy doesn't really need the attack boost so agility is there to take care of it faster.

I wish I could give you advise, but I just can't read that color font. Pro-tip: next time you made a RMT thread, use the default color font because it's very hard to read. If it's hard to read, you'll just limiting the amount of feedback that you would get.

Rampardos: Choice Scarf and support moves? Bad. Run a Choice Band set if you're passing speed.

Head Smash/Earthquake/Pursuit/Brick Break

Salamence: Nonon. Mixmence runs life orb with Fire Blast/Draco Meteor/Brick Break/Dragon Dance or Earthquake.

Pory: Fine, run life orb.

Torkoal: Needs more coverage. Does zilch to Steels. I'd use Overheat over Rapid Spin, maybe something over Explosion just for PP. =\

Dusknoir: Thunderpunch/Pain Split/Will-O-Wisp/Shadow Sneak

Ninjask doesn't need EV's in anything. Only attack and Speed. Run as many defense EVs as you want. Hell, run a +Def nature and you'll still be OHKOed by pretty much everything.

Also, Ninjask can't be outran? Tell that to Aerodactyl, Crobat, Electrode, and Jolteon. Every single one will make quick work of a Ninjask without any speed EVs.
