New to Competitive Battling, Team Help?

So this generation I thought I would try my hand at competitive battling. I chose all Unova Pokemon for this team because I feel like I would be completely overwhelmed if I had to choose a party between 649 Pokemon instead of 156, haha. My team was based somewhat on this team, with some different moves and some replaced Pokemon. Thoughts?
