i had a thread lyke this 1ce, but it died young. :(

the past 2 days, ive been seeing some threads asking what they should nicknmae their pokemon. well, put it all here. just fill out this form for thepokemon u want.

Species- self-explanitory
Evolving Into- If applicable. This is so i know what form ur pokemon will reach before u stop it from evolving, if u plan to stop it. and if u have a pokemon like eevee, which form will u evolve into? will u evolve it at all?
Gender- if applicable.
Shiny- is ur pokemon shiny?
Nature- Optional
