Nidoqueen Moveset

    So I'm gonna use my Nidoqueen in the E4 battle, and i don't know what else to put on it.

    So far I've got
    Cut(cause i don't use HM slaves, seems weird to me)
    Brick Break
    Shadowball

    and I don't know what the last should be. I can't get Sludge bomb until 5 island, and My Rhydon already knows EQ.

    I honestly don't know, but I'm not really good with FRLG anway. Body Slam maybe? Crunch? Crunch though is a previous evo move.
     
    Yeah, I'd get crunch, but i was too lazy to wait until 53 to evolve my Nidorina, so now I can't. and Body Slam is out of the picture, I needed to evolve into Nidoqueen earlier to get that.
     
    Return, perhaps? Or teach it strength if you absolutely have nothing else to teach it...
     
    Get rid of cut since you're on the elite four.

    I suggest:
    - Fire Blast/Flamethrower
    - Return
    - Brick Break
    - Shadow Ball/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam depending on the rest of your party
