None of my Pokemon games will patch anymore.

    Nothings working anymore, I did the patching right, it used to work, but now when I patch, it just plays the regular game. Any help?

    Are you sure you're doing everything same as before?
     
    I'm betting that your ROMs are set to read only.

    Right click the ROM -> Click Properties -> Uncheck "Read Only" -> Click OK
     
    are you sure your using the right program for patching? u know ups for a ups patching etc.
     
    Witch program you use to patch your games?
    And are you sure that you use the right roms?
    For shinygold you need a Pkmn fire red (US) rom
    So gife a look at that again maybe that wil help
