    I am a complete newbie to the rom hacking world, but I would like to learn how to make my own rom hack. I don't really know where to start, and my internet is too slow for youtube guides. Would anyone be willing to walk me through the process?
     
    It's pretty much impossible to 'walk you through the process'. You will have to go the the Tutorials section and read up on some stuff.
