Norio Wakamoto is a well-known Japanese VA, voicing roles such as:
-Cell (Dragon Ball Z)
-Vicious from Cowboy Bebop
-Emperor Charles zi Britannia (Code Geass, one of his most awesome roles ever)
-Shurara in Keroro Gunsou
-Chiyo-chichi in Azumanga Daioh (His other most awesome role ever)
-Yoshimitsu in Soul Calibur IV

And... a lot more other people, but I really don't feel like copying out the huge list.

Wakamoto was a policeman (His name means "Man of Law", apparently), before becoming a VA.

He is widely regarded as awesome, and is known for his over-the-top presentation of just about everything.
