Which of the many 'normal' trainers (ie. not E4, rival, gym leaders, Giovanni) do/did you hate with a passion?

For me, it has to be that bloody Rocket trainer in Mt. Moon who has a clearly hacked in Rattacate at level 16 with Hyper Fang! The amount of tries i had to do to get pass him goes upto at least about 5.

Yea, that guy was hard, but I finally beat him.

I say he's the hardest, that Hyper Fang pwned.

I'm really glad to see that I'm not the only person who absolutely hated that Raticate guy. Even my Charmeleon had trouble with that dude. Though the move Hyper Fang is technically legal (Rattata learns it at Level 14 in Red and Blue), the fact that it's a Raticate at Level 16 sure isn't (since Rattata is supposed to evolve at Level 20...).

I can't really think of any other trainer I hate, though that Lass on Route 4 with the Jigglypuff is kind of annoying.

I disliked the Rocket trainers. It's not that they were the slightest bit hard, it's just that they were a waste of time from my point of view. I mean I was trying to get something done and there they were slowing you down. It just kind of annoyed me from time to time.

Rocket Trainer with the Raticate. Get a Geodude in mount moon and train him up till he use rock throw. Or just train your starter really high and you will be fine. I remember having problems with that trainer when I used to play more often.

The "hyuck-hyuck-hyuck" rocket. God that annoyed me so baaddd.

Any trainer that went up to you and said something that had nothing to do with a battle and ended up battling you. "I love to wear shorts because they're comfortable." *que battle music* Whoa, I don't remember anything about you saying anything about a battle kid!

^ Those trainers are the best because they're so random. I love all trainer battles anyway since they're so much fun.

I've never had any trouble fighting any of the trainers in Mt. Moon, but there was an extremely annoying female swimmer on that secret passage outside of Goldenrod. (she was the one of the three trainers that you had to fight in order to get Soft Sand) and it took me FOREVER to defeat her. By the time I could beat her, I had around 20 dollars left from the 1000 dollars I had before. I pwned her Pokemon on my second Silver playthrough, but I remember fighting that trainer almost made me cry. Then there was that girl outside of Unknown Dungeon who was (I believe) the strongest trainer in RBY. I had a bit of trouble fighting her the first time, but she got easier all the other times after I fought her.

Either way, about 99.9% of the trainers in the Pokemon games are easy to beat.
