Mark Harris has now dropped out of the election citing health concerns, he suffered two strokes last month so it was fairly certain he wouldn't be able to campaign anyway.

The guy suffered from two strokes with in the last month, and is apparently getting surgery next month. It's very likely had he even been elected in November he would not be in Congress now.
