    How about an untouched 10 ANNIV PIKACHU for either a Palcity Manaphy or Mew?
     
    going to take a while but here they r: umbreon, espeon, cloyster, feraligator, masquerain, suicine, entei, raikou, sableye, starmie, vaporeon, gligar, dodrio, dragonite, fortress, meganium, tropius, pineco, sunflora, jumpluff, exegcutor, heracross, lunatone, houndoom, arcanine, typhlosion, hitmonchan, hitmonlee, hitmontop, stantler, smeargle, zangoose, arbok, muk, swalot, marowak, solrock, mawile, and metagross and if u r looking for others from a distant land i can easily get them.
     
    non r but the electivire has ice punch fire punch and cross chop

    and the quialfish has little exp and the electivire too
